Dialga is the mascot Pokémon of Pokémon Diamond and its remakes (BDSP). It is regarded as the deity controlling time and is said to reside in the Spear Pillar at the top of Mount Coronet. According to Sinnoh lore, Dialga created the concept of time itself and maintains the flow of events in the Pokémon world。

In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, Dialga can be encountered as a story-locked Legendary Pokémon during the main campaign:

Spear Pillar: After defeating Team Galactic’s leader Cyrus at the Spear Pillar, Dialga will appear. Approach it to initiate a battle.

Weaknesses: Dialga is vulnerable to Fighting, Ground, Fire, and Fairy-type moves. Use Pokémon like Machamp, Groudon, or Gardevoir to exploit these weaknesses.

Dialga is a formidable offensive Pokémon in BDSP, boasting high Special Attack and access to moves like Draco Meteor and Flash Cannon. Its ability Pressure can deplete opponents’ PP quickly, and its Steel typing provides valuable resistances. However, its vulnerability to Fighting and Ground-type moves requires careful team support.
