Giratina is a Legendary Pokémon first introduced in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. It is said to dwell in the "Reverse World," a distorted realm opposite to the Pokémon world. Giratina is associated with antimatter and is often depicted as a counterpart to Dialga (time) and Palkia (space). In Sinnoh mythology, Giratina was banished to the Reverse World for its destructive nature but remains a crucial figure in the region’s lore.

Steps:

Obtain the National Pokédex by completing the Sinnoh Dex.

Travel to the Turnback Cave, located on Route 224.

Inside the cave, interact with the Distortion World entrance, which requires specific conditions (e.g., having Dialga or Palkia in your party).

Giratina will appear in the Distortion World and can be battled and captured.

Weaknesses: Giratina is vulnerable to Dragon, Dark, Fairy, Ghost, and Ice-type moves (2x damage). Use Pokémon like Garchomp or Gengar to exploit these weaknesses.
